The English-language publications deal with the legislative process of amendments to the Constitution, the rule of law, administrative justice reform and judicial efficiency.

More effective protection for farmers and children with disabilities, the effectiveness of the law in terms of cybercrime, and the issue of freedom of conscience are the topics of open scientific seminars that the Justice Institute is organizing as part of the third edition of the Polish-Hungarian Research Platform 2023.

Scientists from Poland and Hungary will conduct research on more effective protection of farmers and children with disabilities, cybercrime and freedom of conscience. – We would like to develop universal models for legal solutions that would benefit our communities, not only in Poland and Hungary, but also throughout Central Europe,” stressed Prof. Marcin Wielec, the Head of the IWS.
