Invitation to passive participation in the International Scientific Conference entitled “Third workshop: Polish-Hungarian Research Platform”

We cordially invite you to passively participate in the “Third workshop: Polish-Hungarian Research Platform” International Scientific Conference. The event will take place on July 30, 2021 (Friday) from 9:15 – 14:15 on the Zoom platform. The conference will be organized as part of an international “Polish-Hungarian Research Platform” research project, implemented by the Institute of Justice in cooperation with the official partner of the project, the Ferenc Mádl Institute of Comparative Law in Budapest.

The aim of the undertaken scientific initiative is to lead to an in-depth analysis of the legislative process regarding the amendment of the constitution, the rule of law, the reform of the administrative judiciary, as well as the effectiveness of the judiciary. For this purpose, four Polish-Hungarian research teams have been established to analyze these issues. Each team is made up of six outstanding representatives of legal science – both theoreticians and practitioners.
