We cordially invite you to passively participate in the International Scientific Conference entitled “Fourth workshop: Polish-Hungarian Research Platform”. The event will take place on August 27, 2021 (Friday) from 9:15 – 14:15 on the Zoom platform. The conference will be organized as part of an international research project entitled “Polish-Hungarian Research Platform”, implemented by the Institute of Justice in cooperation with the official partner of the project, the Ferenc Mádl Institute of Comparative Law in Budapest.
The aim of the undertaken scientific initiative is to lead to an in-depth analysis of the legislative process regarding the amendment of the constitution, the rule of law, the reform of the administrative judiciary, as well as the effectiveness of the judiciary system. For this purpose, four Polish-Hungarian research teams have been established to analyse these issues. Each team is made up of six outstanding representatives of legal sciences – both theoreticians and practitioners.
