The English-language publications deal with the legislative process of amendments to the Constitution, the rule of law, administrative justice reform and judicial efficiency.
Scientists from Norway on a visit to Poland
A delegation from the Norwegian University of Stavanger and representatives of the Justice Institute took part in scientific and research consultations held in Torun. Another visit of Norwegians to Poland is part of an international research project entitled. “Integrated system for prevention of domestic violence”.
Ruszyła wiosenno-letnia edycja Pracowni Liderów Prawa Junior
Kilkadziesiąt osób z całej Polski uczestniczyło w zajęciach w ramach pierwszego zjazdu III edycji Pracowni Liderów Prawa Junior – programu edukacyjnego Instytutu Wymiaru Sprawiedliwości. Misją programu jest kształcenie przyszłych państwowych elit.
Ruszyła kolejna edycja Akademii Komunikacji Społecznej
W siedzibie Centrum Analiz Strategicznych odbył się pierwszy zjazd wiosennej edycji programu edukacyjnego „Akademia Komunikacji Społecznej”. Specjalny program edukacyjny Instytutu Wymiaru Sprawiedliwości dedykowany jest dla studentów i absolwentów uczelni wyższych, którzy są społecznie lub zawodowo związani z zagadnieniami komunikacji.
Research platform from the Baltic to the Balkans
The Comparative Research Platform 2023 project was inaugurated, involving scientists from the Czech Republic, Georgia, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania and Ukraine. – This cooperation of ours should set the tone for scientific research in Europe, and the results of our research should be the vanguard and a reliable model for Western European countries as well,” said Prof. Marcin Wielec, director of IWS.
Inauguration of the Polish-Hungarian Platform 2023
Scientists from Poland and Hungary will conduct research on more effective protection of farmers and children with disabilities, cybercrime and freedom of conscience. – We would like to develop universal models for legal solutions that would benefit our communities, not only in Poland and Hungary, but also throughout Central Europe,” stressed Prof. Marcin Wielec, the Head of the IWS.
Olimpiada – prawo w wymiarze sprawiedliwości
Znamy już laureatów finału Olimpiady Wiedzy o Prawie i Wymiarze Sprawiedliwości, w której wzięło aż 3,5 tys. uczniów. Organizatorem konkursu jest Instytut Wymiaru Sprawiedliwości we współpracy z Ministerstwem Sprawiedliwości i Szkołą Wyższą Wymiaru Sprawiedliwości.
Platforma badawcza Europy Centralnej (zapowiedź)
Proces legislacyjny zmiany konstytucji, zasad praworządności, reforma sądownictwa administracyjnego oraz efektywność wymiaru sprawiedliwości – takimi tematami zajmie się międzynarodowa platforma badawcza naukowców z Czech, Gruzji, Chorwacji, Słowenii, Słowacji, Rumunii i Ukrainy. The official launch of the Polish-Hungarian Research Platform 2023 will take place on Wednesday, April 5.
Polish-Hungarian Friendship Day
Members of the Youth Justice Council together with members of the Fúzió Hallgatói Közösség organized a celebration of Polish-Hungarian Friendship Day. The virtual meeting on March 23, 2023 was opened by Prof. Marcin Wielec, the Head of the Institute of Justice.
