We cordially invite you to passively participate in the International Scientific Conference entitled “First workshop: Polish-Hungarian Research Platform”. The event will take place on May 28, 2021 (Friday) from 10-17 via Zoom platform.
The conference will be organized as part of a “Polish-Hungarian Research Platform” international research project, implemented by the Institute of Justice in cooperation with the official partner of the project, Ferenc Mádl the Institute of Comparative Law.in Budapest.
The aim of this scientific initiative is to lead to an in-depth analysis of the legislative process regarding the amendment of the constitution, the rule of law, the reform of the administrative judiciary, as well as the effectiveness of the judiciary. For this purpose, four Polish-Hungarian research teams have been established to analyze these issues. Each team is made up of six outstanding representatives of legal science – theoreticians and practitioners.
