We kindly inform you about the release of the latest publication of the Publishing House of the Institute of Justice entitled “About higher education and training of lawyers” by prof. dr hab. Jolanta Jabłońska-Boncy.

The essay outlines the framework of problems that the author considers extremely important and topical for the education of lawyers. Some elements of the new landscape of higher education are outlined in the publication.

The essay is open-ended and is an invitation to discussion and further research on the issue. In fact, at this stage it is only a “bricolage”, as the work is constructed from a variety of available or pre-developed materials.

The new act changes the rules for the organization of education and science, and will undoubtedly affect the education system for law students. There are also other important external circumstances, independent of the law, which should be taken into account when reflecting on didactics.
