We cordially invite you to passively participate in the International Scientific Conference entitled “Polish-Hungarian Research Platform 2021”. The event will take place on December 9-10, 2021 (Thursday and Friday) from 9:00 a.m. – 3:40 p.m.
The conference will be organized as part of an international research project entitled “Polish-Hungarian Research Platform”, implemented by the Institute of Justice in cooperation with the official partner of the project, the Ferenc Mádl Institute of Comparative Law in Budapest.
The aim of the undertaken scientific initiative is to lead to an in-depth analysis of the legislative process regarding the amendment of the constitution, the rule of law, the reform of administrative judiciary, as well as the effectiveness of the judiciary. For this purpose, four Polish-Hungarian research teams have been established to analyze these issues. Each team is created by six outstanding representatives of legal science – both theoreticians and practitioners.
