Central European Journal of Comparative Law The FMI Scientific Journal

On the 14th of May, 2021 the 1st issue of the Institute’s scientific journal, called Central European Journal of Comparative Law was published, which can be viewed here.

The first issue of 2021 includes a great variety of topics. Readers may peruse scholarly writings from internationally renowned experts on the rule of law, the relationship between national law and EU law, family enterprises, the recodification of private law, etc.

Inauguracja projektu badawczego „Polish-Hungarian Research Platform”

W dniu 10 maja 2021 r. o godz. 16.00 odbyła się inauguracja międzynarodowego projektu badawczego pt. „Polish-Hungarian Research Platform”, którego oficjalnym partnerem jest Instytut Prawa Porównawczego im. Ferenca Mádla w Budapeszcie. Oficjalnie inauguracji projektu dokonał Dyrektor Instytutu Wymiaru Sprawiedliwości –  Pan dr hab. Marcin Wielec.

The application and interpretation of fundamental rights in civil cases
