„Freedom, Religion and Sovereignty. Modern Phenomena and Future Challenges” International Scientific Conference
On September 27-28, 2019, the “Freedom, Religion and Sovereignty. Modern Phenomena and Future Challenges” International Scientific Conference took place at the headquarters of the Institute of Justice. The conference was organized by the Institute of Justice as part of the research project entitled “For the freedom to profess religion in the modern world. Counteracting the causes of discrimination and helping the persecuted on the example of Christians”, the implementation of which is provided by the Center for Strategic Analysis of the Institute of Justice. It was attended by outstanding experts, both from Poland and abroad specializing in issues related to religious freedom and freedom of speech, as well as the issues of sovereignty.

The impact of migration on the increase in crime ”.The official inauguration of the conference was attended by the Minister of Justice, the Public Prosecutor General, Mr. Zbigniew Ziobro, and the Minister for Humanitarian Aid, member of the Council of Ministers, Mr. Michał Woś.

On September 6, 2019, participants of the Law Leaders’ Lab met at the Presidential Palace with the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda. The event was also attended by: Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Justice Dr. Marcin Romanowski, Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the President Wojciech Kolarski and director of the Institute of Justice Dr. Marcin Wielec.
