International Scientific Conference “Integrated domestic violence prevention system”

On July 7, 2022, the International Scientific Conference “Integrated domestic violence prevention system” was held at the seat of the Institute of Justice. The event was organized as part of an international research project entitled “Integrated system of prevention of domestic violence”, led by the Institute of Justice with the participation of the Norwegian project partner – University of Stavanger, within the framework of the “Justice” Program financed by Norway Grants and national funds.

We cordially invite you to participate in the International Scientific Conference entitled “Integrated domestic violence prevention system”, which will take place on July 7, 2022 at the seat of the Institute of Justice, located at Krakowskie Przedemieście 25 in Warsaw. The event will be organized as part of an international research project entitled “The Integrated System of Prevention of Domestic Violence”, led by the Institute of Justice with the participation of the Norwegian Project Oartner – University of Stavanger, within the framework of the “Justice” Program financed by Norway Grants and national funds.

Szkoła Letnia Pracowni Liderów Prawa – program edukacyjny Instytutu Wymiaru Sprawiedliwości

W minionym tygodniu (28.06 – 1.07.2022 r.) w Hotelu Ibis Style w Warszawie dobyła się Szkoła Letnia Pracowni Liderów Prawa – programu edukacyjnego Instytutu Wymiaru Sprawiedliwości. Czterodniowy zjazd był okazją do wykazania się przez uczestników zdobytą wiedzą podczas jednodniowych zjazdów oraz rozwijania umiejętności praktycznych z zakresu autoprezentacji oraz wystąpień publicznych. W towarzystwie p. dr Agaty Czarneckiej żywo dyskutowali na temat, czy sprawiedliwość jest prawu koniecznie potrzebna oraz dzięki inspiracji dr. Konrada Burdziaka zastanawiali się, czy algorytm komputerowy powinien decydować o przyszłości skazanego?

Zakończenie Akademii Komunikacji Społecznej

W minioną sobotę (2.07.2022 r.) w Centrum Analiz Strategicznych Instytutu Wymiaru Sprawiedliwości odbył się ostatni zjazd wiosenno-letniej edycji Akademii Komunikacji Społecznej – programu edukacyjnego IWS. Całodzienne zajęcia rozpoczęły się wykładem red. Pawła Lisickiego, który opowiedział słuchaczom m. in. o neomarksizmie we współczesnym dyskursie politycznym. Następnie, uczestników czekało najbardziej stresujące wydarzenie zjazdu – krótkie prezentacje prac, które przygotowali w ostatnich tygodniach pod opieką swoich indywidualnych tutorów.

Dyrektor Instytutu Wymiaru Sprawiedliwości ogłasza konkurs na najlepszą pracę doktorską i habilitacyjną z zakresu nauk prawnych. Celem konkursu jest zwiększanie zainteresowania środowiska akademickiego tematyką prawną. W każdej kategorii konkursu może zostać przyznana nagroda główna i po dwa wyróżnienia. W konkursie mogą wziąć udział autorzy prac, na podstawie których uzyskali stopień naukowy doktora lub doktora habilitowanego na terenie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej w okresie od 1 stycznia do 31 grudnia roku kalendarzowego poprzedzającego datę ogłoszenia konkursu.
